Jeff Heller, co-owner, is 1 of only 3 Certified Snow Professionals (CSP) in Indiana. To be a CSP is to be a trusted and respected expert within the snow and ice industry. This extensive certification process is managed by SIMA (Snow & Ice Management Assocation). A Certified Snow Professional has tested and passed rigorous tests on areas from snow science and mechanics to human resources.

Along with the written test is an application with subsequent documents, an approval by SIMA and an in-person exam. Through many years of experience and dedication, we are noted as a leader in the snow and ice industry with impeccable attention to safety.

The Snow & Ice Management Association represents over 1300 members in the US and Canada. Established in 1996, the non-profit trade association for the snow industry delivers training, events, certification, and advocacy related to quality snow and ice management.
